OpsWatch stores account details, organization settings, uploaded operational files, parsed rows, reconciliation results, alert configuration, billing references, and audit logs needed to operate the service.
How We Use Information
We use this information to authenticate users, process files, run configured checks, send alerts and reports, provide support, prevent abuse, and manage billing through Stripe.
Service Providers
OpsWatch relies on providers such as hosting, database, email, and payment processors. These providers receive only the information needed to deliver their part of the service.
Security And Retention
We use access controls, signed sessions, hashed passwords, webhook verification, and retention controls. Operational data is retained according to configured workspace policies unless deletion is required sooner.
